Cyber Liability insurance provides coverage for the Insured against losses which arise as a result of damage to or loss from their IT systems and network.  A business is responsible for their own cyber security and when data breaches occur, or IT systems are damaged as a result of malicious attacks, a business can face considerable reputational risks, regulatory enforcement or business interruption.
